Anyone of you guys done the bedding in process for your brake pads.

Because my brakes squeaks just before the car stop completely, will it make it go away ?

Is the process really necessary for street cars ?

you can try it but i have never seen brake bedding do anything on a Mercedes. I normally do nothing other than bake the pads when I bed the brakes. The pad ends up getting to hot and you end up baking the resin out of the pad and it makes for sloppy brake feel for the rest of the pad life.

If you upgrade to race pads like a pagid black the bedding will make a world of a difference.
