What kind of deals are you getting out there.
Just checking how low dealers are ready to go right now. I'm happy i backed out from my 09 (not full PP). Just got offered to buy one for invoice, thats $5500 off sticker. Looks like we can really put pressure to dealers, cars are not moving as they expected (Economy in the toilet). Anybody else with real good offers?

8 weeks ago they were running MSRP. this was before the financial melt down.
Invoice would be a great deal. 8 Weeks ago I got M3s offered at Invoice too.
8 weeks ago, I sold my 07 Porsche GT3 for $5K less that MSRP Today I wouldnt be able to get $100k for it. So alots changed in 2 months.
I would make sure the salesman you talked to actually HAS one in stock. When I went to my local dealer to meet the service manager, a salesman rushed up to me when I walked in. I told him I just bought one. He asked what kind, AMG C63 I said and he said "you should have called me and I would have got you one cheaper" The service manager told me that they only got one all year-so the salesman couldnt have sold me one at any price!!
If I were you I would be very happy to get and AMG for Invoice. 8 Weeks ago there were hardly ANY AMGs on the lots here in SoCal. When I called Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach, the saleslady asked me what I was interested in. I told her "AMG C63" She said nice choice sir and transferred me to the manager. He told me that He has none on the floor and all the ones coming in till January 09 were spoken for. Fletcher Jones Newport beach is the largest MB dealer in the world.

This particular car is sitting on the lot with every option available. MSRP right at $72000.There is 2 on ebay right now, both about $4000 off MSRP. Thanks for the comments so far. It is interesting, times are changing...

The problem with the C63 is that supply is going to be more limited than the M3. While some dealers may have a few with deals to be made the demand on this car is likely going to stay high. Also, as the economy tanks you might see some M5/E63 cross shopping on the C63. We'll see.

That's why I'm holding back right now. Low miles 08 starts to look real good, about $12000-14000 off sticker in 4-5 months. That's crazy. You invest that money to upgrades and you will have a monster!

Closed deal 10/18/08.......
Hi all
Picked up an 09 C63 loaded with PP, CF etc. Sticker $73,000. Paid $68,000. It took about a week of intermittent phone calls but secured this price 10/18/08. Sold my 2006 997S. Will post comparison after the 1000 mile break-in![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
BTW i have read the manual and did a search here and elsewhere to figure out the tilt side mirror. I've followed the directions I believe but still cannot get the mirror to tilt when in reverse. Any input would be appreciated.

I bought mine new in 2009 with 10 miles on it for $54,500 ($12k off sticker) from Laguna Niguel Mercedes in Ca. This price includes shipping to Tx in an enclosed container. Mine include the Nav and Leather package. Contact Frabrizio Mariotti. He's the fleet manager there. He may have good deals on a 2010. Good luck

Just picked my 2010 up (fully loaded) from a dealer in MD for 68 plus a year of free car washes - took some back and forth, but it was worth it.

In Canada the economy is doing better than the US and I had to get my C63 on order, so it's not like its sitting there in the lot... The negotiating power is much less.
I still got about 3000$ off MSRP which I think is OK for a 2010.

Which dealership? I've been having trouble getting ANYONE to charge more than $5k on a car due to the CC taking a percentage cut. Even Maserati doesn't take more than $5k on card because of this, regardless of the card.
