Rear wheel well

For those of us who clean the cars ourselves, has anyone noticed the amount of rubbish being thrown up by the rear wheels into the felt lining on the rear wheel well. Does anyone have any tips on how to clean that part of the car and get all the leaves, dirt off?

I don't know about other people but I've just been spraying down the wheel wells with a garden hose ( with a pressure nozzle) before parking it in the garage.

I use the brushless carwash, high pressure. It cleans that area out quite well. But yes, it does seem to grab on to all the crap pretty good huh.

I bought the Mr Clean washer. It has the right pressure to clean the wheel well nicely.

when you take your wheels off, do you put the car on a jack stand? do you know approximately where to place the jack stand? also do you wax your wheels after washing them when you take them off and if so which wax do you use?
