You should be fine. Just make sure you check the wheels when they are done. Give it a good wipe and examine it before you leave.

Hey guys, there is a cruise out to Leavenworth, WA this Saturday. Just throwing this out there for anybody interested in a 3 hour(from White Rock) highway cruise. It's quite fun, through forests and along water for much of the trip. About 300+ European cars will be in attendance as always.

We are heading South to Everett, WA at which point we will head East into the mountains. Here is a map:

Yeah my first time I went it was. If we leave on time, it's not bad.

Get back already so we can go to the drag strip. You're going down T, I'm getting some slicks

I don't think she knew you were still breaking your car in. Was she hot?

Okay, so my new 265s are in, and they seem pretty good so far. The car feels more planted, and is more stable during lane changes and cornering. Who would have thought an extra 10 mm of tread would make such a big difference.

I hope not. Or it could just be that the P Zeros aren't as good as they're made out to be.

Possibly true, but then if p zero's weren't that great I would imagine Porsche/Ferrari/Mercedes etc would go with an alternative such as Michelin PS2's. Maybe it's the 100% tread that is helping. They might even get better in 200-300km once they are "broken in". Well maybe around 100km the way you like to drive

Nah, judging by the way my career has gone south, I'm already a burnout.

Haha...what I know for sure is I'm not going back to 255s no matter what tire I get next. The 265 width wraps around the wheel so much better and provides (to me, anyway) noticeably improved grip and stability. I might want to go to a 245 tire for the fronts as well.

On the stock wheels, apparently it would fit, but just eyeballing the set up I have now, I think it would be a bit of overkill. The 265s on the stock wheels look spot on.

Without rolling the fenders? I believe most people are stopping at 275s in the rear.
