Ship overnight via UPS or FedEx Between $70 and $120.
State that it is a warranty service item that does not require any further declarations or invoices.

Drive down to Pt. Roberts and Fedex/UPS it there.
When I do mine I'm planning on staying a few days overnight in Seattle and have it sent and received there.

5-7 days. We've implemented a new set of quality control checks that require extra time, not to mention custom tuning by itself takes time, we're not just flashing a canned file.
Thanks

Hey Barry - would Andy then ship it back as Warrenty Return?
Do you know how Cory shipped it back? did it say anyhting on the box?
The ironic thing is its easier to get dope across the border then to legally and honestly ship a car part made outside NAFTA for tuning
I guess you can hold your breathe and hope it works - i just dont like that approach.

5-7 days still sounds like a long time. That's not to say it's not worth it but Evosport does custom tuning too that takes less then a day turn around if you drop the car off at their facility. Maybe I will just drive down to MHP where ever that is

well you arent actually buying something that they can tax u on.
i think when i had mine shipped back they just said warranty repair or something and i didnt have any problems.

I highly doubt they spend 15-20hrs to custom calibrate (every tune is custom for us) every tune they sell and they don't do TCUs. I also don't know of anyone else in the aftermarket that tests all their tunes on engine/trans dyno's before sending them out.
We are located in Columbus, OH and Warren, MI.
Thanks
Andy
