Scuff marks on rims

I moved out of DC about a year and a half ago. I had an E46 M3 and had a hard time finding a wheel repair guy. I contacted Ye Ole Wheel or whatever the name was and they never returned my calls. (Gaithersburg was too far for me to drive just to get an estimate) My neighbor used to live on the curbs in Georgetown. I'll text her and try and get the place she took her rims too. She was a regular customer. I'm pretty sure it was in Arlington. I don't miss DC not one bit. Don't know if the curbs are higher, but I have never had a much curb rash as I used to get there!!
