this matte black C63 owner should've matte blacken the chrome parts too!
matte black c63 doesnts that good. I recall a matte black F430 i saw last summer when i was in HK, that car is HOT!!! i stood there 5 min staring at that F430...i wish i had taken pic... well...to bad

Yes, Id really like my car to look like I couldn't afford paint.
This is not even the decent flat black that has been put on higher end cars. It just looks like primer.
If i wanted a flat black C63, I would buy one. But I don't, so there is really zero envy.

black out the chrome parts, put in some carbon fibre accessories and you'll have a sweet looking C63.
by the way, does anyone know where i can get black panels to replace the chrome one around the windows?

As other posters have said, to each their own.
Personally I don't see the point of making a car look like you couldn't decide on color when your order went in, so the factory just left it in primer.

I don't care for the matte finish. I'm in my late thirties, a physician, married and live in the Southeast if it would help others guide ad hominem attacks on me for my heresy.
I do appreciate the thread though. It was cool seeing the car in a matte finish to get an idea of what it would look like.
