We can bring them. I actually just went and put a wet tire on the front and two drys on the rear so that I can have the dry performance with the wet grip.

Watch out, the girls won't ride in anything that isn't called "Black Series".... Especially Giselle.

You better get your badge, she might not believe you and say you just got it tattoo'd that color.

I totally realize the difference between the two. I think I read somewhere that the underpinnings, or the front third of the C63 is DERIVED from the CLK63 Black. My comment was purely mechanical, not aesthetics or body. Any idiot can see the two are vastly different body wise and that the CLK63 Black is much wider.

I merely stated that the C63 is as close to a Black Series sedan car as there is!!!

BTW, as a first year MD resident, my IQ is not that low.

H*ll, your whole car was DERIVED from a 1923 Ford Model T. Why not just call it a Tin Lizzy?

I missed it. I think the OP edited his post. Was he serious or just joking? It seems like he was just joking but that may be due to the edit.

....cool, if you want I can sell you the Black Series badge off my car, that would make it official, right?

Since this has now become the "Is there an appreciable difference in the wet weather performance of tires designed primarily for maximum dry condition performance" thread; I submit the following:

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/..._test/(page)/1

As you can see there is a significant difference in the wet road abilities of these 11 ultra performance tires and two points stand out.

The best tires performed better in wet and dry conditions than the worst and the P-Zeros came in 7th place

Keep in mind that the Pirelli's in the test are P Zero Rosso Asimmetrico's and NOT the P-Zero's that come on the C63............. Blackish

Good read. I'm just looking for my next set of tires to have a little more hydroplaning resistance. Lot of drama out of that.
