I bought my car in the second week of March and received my GC in the last week of April. So again, 6 weeks is my suggestion too.

Fairly painless process. A sincere TY to OP otherwise I too would have been oblivious to this deal.

under the terms "special order cars" are excluded. If I order 2010 C63 to my spec, is that considered a 'special order car?'

What if I'm not a Saks First Member when I got the car? Am I pretty much screwed?

Quote: No sequence of events. You can buy the car then spend the $1K and they'll still honor it. Just bet the deadline.
That might be right, but that's not what Saks told me when I called. They said I had to make a purchase before I bought the car. But their customer service is pretty good and maybe there is some flexibility here. Good luck!

when I called I was told on the phone you need to spend 1k, buy the car, then get 1k. This is the sequence in which I did it.

Ive read that some member's were able to spend the 1k after buying the car and still get the gift card. Maybe they have been long time saksfirst members and got some leeway. I would call them and get a name and in writing if they allow u to do it.

WOW, haven't been on in awhile but glad to see so may fellow owners taking advantage of that offer!!!!

Someone posted a few posts back about how the process works....just sign up for Saks first and redeem after you've been a member for a few weeks. They won't care as long as you've spent $1K before you redeem, shouldn't matter when you bought the car.
