If there are any board members in the DFW area, we have a group of local enthusiasts that meet every Saturday around 10:00 AM at the Starbucks located in Plano at Park and the Dallas North Tollway. (It's on the northeast corner) A variety of cars are usually present, ranging from AMG's, M's, P cars, F cars and some american muscle. (Ford GT, vette, etc.)

Not the one at Legacy. This one is a little further south on the tollway. It's on Park Blvd right by the tollway.

Hey Mike, good to see another DFW Auto Club member on here. I hear that C63 is treating you really well with the 'upgrades.'

 

She's running real strong! We are planning to take some videos this weekend on the private road in Mexico against some of the M cars.

Hello fellow MB owners from DFW area.

 

The meets are still going on. I had to make it a really short stop yesterday as it was my son'e Bday. We are actually moving out meet location slightly due to the growing number of cars and the new stores that have opened in the area where we have been meeting. The meet is still at Park and the Tollway, just north or the 7-Eleven that is at the NE corner of that intersection.

Thanks for the update! I missed the past 2 weeks and look forward to next week and beyond.... Is the 7-Eleven parking lot part of the strip mall area as well?.... just in case ity gets crowded in the coming weeks.

 

The new location is still in the Polo center complex, just in a less busy area, along the access road of the Tollway. The turnout has started to get quite large and we are still looking for a new, permanent location.

 

For those familiar with the area, here's a map showing the old location in red and the new location in green.

 

Let's have it at the Autoscope in plano! We have a big area to play or if you want to do it at the Dream Garage....

I'll take some pics this weekend and post them up. We're getting quite an assortment of cars these days. AMGs, Ms, P cars, Ferrari, Ford GT, a bunch of modified Vettes, a Twin turbo Viper with 1300 rwhp, etc.

 

I might be up in Dallas to look at a used C63 Saturday.

 

Stop on by...I know some of the group is going to be at the strip in Ennis running as well.

 

How often do you guys run the track in Ennis? Do they have a regular test and tune night? I'm in Orlando right now, and we run Test and Tune every Wed and Fri, not sure if there's anywhere in DFW area with that kind of schedule.

 

Ennis has test and tune about every other week on Saturday this time of year.
