Coilover advice?

Coilover advice?
I'm scratching my head as to which coilover setup to choose, considering there aren't too many options out right now. Basically comes down to the fully adjustable KW V3s at roughly $2300, or the recently released H&R Street Performance (only height adjustable) @ $1200. I really question how often I would need to adjust the damping on the V3s, but I'm afraid of changing the ride/handling for the worse with the H&Rs and not being able to adjust them. But I would love to save that $1000 and put it towards some other mods. Thoughts, advice?
Also, the H&Rs are only available for the C300/350, but I'm assuming these will work fine on the C63? I think others are using C300/350 KWs on their C63 as well
Thanks.

Yeah I looked at those earlier, but I want to do coilovers as a minimum. I'm too afraid to change springs without changing shocks, and if I change shocks might as well just get coilovers. Just not sure if I should save the $$ on the fully adjustable KW V3s and go with the H&R coilovers. I do like the idea of being able to fine tune the V3s.

09 c63 blk/blk H&R Springs & 08 e 63 blk/blk
Do you have Performance Package? Im mulling over getting the H&R sport springs which they do make now for the C63 specifically. If i didnt have PP id get them in a flash. However, I dont wanna **** things up so im hesitant. I really like the PP ride and dont wanna risk going softer.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
I wouldn't use a suspension system on a car that it was not designed for. A kit for the C63 would have different spring rates and different damping capabilities.
One major reason for this is the curb weight range of the cars:
C300 (3527 lbs)(M/T), (3560 lbs)(A/T)
C350 (3615 lbs)
C63 AMG (3924 lbs)
The C63 has a lot more weight to control than the other RWD W204s; especially in the nose.

If you have an adjustable setup ala PSS10s you will probably only change them from
street to track. I had PSS9s on my Porsche turbo and once I found the street setting
I never changed it till track time

If KW has C63-specific coilovers, get them. I don't think H&R does at this time.

I ended up ordering the C63 specific KW V3s, price for these were $2500 compared to the $2200 quote I received for the C350 V8 version. I was very tempted to go for the C350 version, but the main reason I didn't was the warranty. These come with a lifetime warranty, and if anything should happen, I didn't want there to be any dispute in regards to "proper vehicle application.
Anyhow, hopefully they will arrive next week and I'll give a review and pre/post pictures after install! Thanks again for the help!

Good choice...I ordered my KW V3's and they should be here sometime maybe next week. I'm not installing them until my wheels come in which should also be by next week or so.
