Export your contact list to vCard format. Then the C63 will automatically see it upon insertion of the PC card.

I think ill just get the PCMCIA card, so once i insert it in, ill be able to store it into the cars hard drive?

And also do I need to put contact files, all 500 of them lets say if I have 500 cpntacts, in the main folder on the card? or it can be in a specific folder?

not sure if there is a way of bulk export to vcf files but the way I exported to vcf is to open each contact individually, then file-->save as--> choose vcf for type of file to save as.
