Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R <--- 2750$ at Volco
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec <----- 2000 at Volco
I think im going with the Dunlop, for me its down to either Potenza or Dunlop because they are both Extreme Performance and many friends have told me to get those

PS2's are way too expensive. Have you looked into Kumho and Falken, they make superb tires with tremendous amounts of grip. Many people who autocross use them because of their performance.

But I hear what you're saying about the weather and the tires. I can't wait to put my Pirellis back on the C63 also. I might just do that this Saturday.

Try the Dunlop Sport MAXX. Reasonably priced, great tread life, very good performance, but they do get noisier as they put on more miles.

I don't know about the Dunlop's but everyone that gets our car with the Bridgestone's bishes that they didn't get the PS2's. In fact, most owners are now requesting that they receive their cars with the Michelins.

No offense intended, but you just turned 18 and your PARENT'S lease was up and your PARENT'S got you a C63. I think you have to be atleast 19 to enter a financial contract and you wouldn't qualify for a lease anyways at such a young tender age with no credit history.
I also disagree that most parents know how to judge their kid - especially when it comes to driving. I mean all these kids mowing-down people (such as on 4th ave a few days ago), and drag racing....they don't go home and tell their parents about this obviously. They only way for a parent to know is when the cop rings the doorbell to let them know that their kid is either dead or arrested for driving 250km/h.

you shouldve known i didn't get it MYSELF since i just turned 18, and the minimum 'financial contract entrance requirement' is 19. ill be sure to specify next time.

We should all have a bet where we try to determine which driver under the age of 25 will be the first fatality with this car. Lets start by listing everyone under the age of 25 here by username. People under the age of 25 cannot bet because they will contaminate the results.
