I hear what you're saying, and that's what the Audi technician told me also (I was there for one of my other cars). But at the same time, I have been trying to bed them in better by doing a bit of harder braking. Hasn't helped much so far...

Did you bed the brakes correctly? I recommend driving on a backroad that you know every well and take the car up to 70-100 if you can and then slam on the brakes and come to almost a complete stop. Make sure not to come to a complete stop though. afterwards, this should make the squeaking go away.

The proper way to bed in brakes is as follows: (This was given to me by a brake guru)
Find a nice, open stertch of road. Get the car up to about 80 mph and brake hard, but just shy of ABS intervention. Slow to about 5 mph and then go back to 80 mph. Repeat until you smell the brakes and you begin to experience fade. Do it one more time from about 100 mph to 5 and then just cruise without using the brakes for about 15 minutes to let them cool down. Your brakes should now be properly bedded in. There will be a nice layer of pad material on the rotors and the pads and rotors should mate evenly which eliminates the vibrations that cause the noise.
Enjoy the car!

They also helped me swap out my snow tires and put the Pirelli P Zeros back on. They even patched up one of my snow tires (which had a nail in it, unbeknownst to me) for free.

Hmmm...interesting thing happened today. I brought my car to the dealership and they checked it out, saying that the squeaking was not coming from my front brakes at all, but rather the rear. They changed the rear brake pads for me without charge, and said that it's now standard MO to utilize newly-specified pads (with a different compound) which reduce/eliminate the squeaking that's common to many Mercedes Benz models (not only C63s).
