i have heard that Toyo R888s are great - i think Wan88 has them -
im going with Toyo T1R's as I cant risk having issues if the weather gets cold here on the east coast, even in spring or early fall

People do seem to really like the R888s from Toyo, however I don't think they offer a 245 width tire in 19. I think 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 would be all that's available for our sizes, however I have heard they run wide.
The tire that I am going to try out next are Bridgestone's new RE11. I hear this is supposed to be the new king in regards to a summer performance street tire...a lot of people have been using the previous model RE01R for autox and I havn't seen a bad review. And from what I've read, the RE11 is quite a bit better. The nice thing too is this seems to be one of the few extreme performance tires available in the 19" sizes we need. I believe they have 235, 245, 265, and 275 widths available in 19".
