Does anybody use the Valentine V1 module from MidCity Engineering?

I have had it for a couple of months and it interfaces pretty well, although sometimes it goes off and when I go to check the display all I see is dashes, not sure why.

I believe 3 horizontal dashes on a V1 means zapped by lazer.

this is really cool

looks promising

and personally i always think the police gonna give those with radar detector a very hardtime once they get pulled over for anything. Now the cops won't noe you have one... smart indeed.
