Good question...should I stick with the 235's? I was just thinking that more rubber would mean more traction. Now I am thinking 235's may be better. I would love some good input.

Thank you guys. I ll post my first impression and take some pics I'm still very torn about brake easy or hard but from doing more research I think it may be better to let the car rev in different ranges.

i have a question about this....multiple ppl have stated that they "feel" like the car/engine gets stronger w/ mileage...if that is true, wouldnt it make sense to wait for a few thousand miles (or longer) and then do ECU?

no sure if you were serious or not taylor, but im just wondering out loud
I think there will be mixed answers here. I put my K2 on at about 1,800 miles. It's really just an ECU tune (to get back the power that the same engine in the E63/S63 has) and the headers and high flow cats. Can't imagine it would hurt anything to do this earlier, if anything, it may help with engine break-in.

I have almost 14k on mine and buying my second set of new rears this week (my 3rd set if you count the originals). Going with 265 on rear and 245 on front and going with GY Eagle F1 A/S, which are much better than the Pirelli's.

How often do fronts have to be changed? Do they last about twice as long as rears?

For me that is the case.

AMG & RR
Congrads & A Belated Welcome To You!

My suggestion would be like most. Buy extra rear P-Zeros for now till the fronts go or tell your dealer to through in a set before you sign on the dotted line. As for the break in, its always not a bad idea to break it in normally. Trust me 1,000 to 3,000 miles is nothing once you start driving that car. That doesn't mean you have to be completely shy and not slide in a little bit of fun. Just take it easy is what I am trying to say for at least the first 1,000 miles.

All The Best & Enjoy!
