M - I hear you and agree with you. the policy is not an issue, I can sign even notorize any piece of paper they want becuase the car will never go overseas

it makes no sense, since they would want to get rid of the car like Jae Duk said. Unless there is a problem shipping it to Alaska.

You don't need to be TDY to buy cars from Germany. You won't get the special rate, but they will ship your car anywhere to the US.
