This morning I started engine and drove normally about 10 mins. After the engine oil temp hit 176 and I stopped at an entrance ramp (perfect timing) and shift to manual mode When the light turned to green, you know what happened… It was so quick to reach 80 and I had to step on brake.…man….an say I am really happy…totally worth it…I can’t remember when I was so happy to work last time.
I guess you decided to take the "Beat it like a stepchild" approach. LOL. So easy to give in to that. It was like Chinese water torture drive her nice for the first 1k. I have to say I am guility of a few indiscretions.

no.. no.. I passed 1000 miles last weekend already. I just started to enjoy the car after the break-in. BTW, what's the Chinese water torture? I never heard about it

Look it up. Its quite madding I hear. They pretty much lay down and tie you up so you cant move. Then they drip one drop of water directly on your forehead above the brow but in the middle at different intervals.
At first im sure its no big deal but after 24 hours or days of the drip.......drip.........drip....... and water flowing in your eyes and being soaked from it you go quite nuts I hear.

This is fun to do, put it in manual mode with ESP off, make sure its only in the dry, and get to speed, then down shift a gear or two. The off throttle blip and back pressure is freaking insane!
BTW. Good job with break in, just follow the official from the factory came in your car owner's manual.
