How do you afford your toys?
I have noticed that some of the members here seem to buy cars like other people buy socks (Porsches, Vettes, BMW's, other MB's).
Just curious what everyone does for a living allowing for all of these boy toys. I own and operate retail here. How about you guys?

Ya I've been lucky to have had some fun toys (had and sold both a Z06 and a Lotus Esprit which I now regret doing). I still have my 335i which is really a great all around car. Very quick and great looking IMO.
The Ducati is still my favorite though. The sound it makes is truely ferocious. I constantly get stopped at lights and complemented. It's a sulpture on wheels and it's insanely fast and torquie.
Seems like there are a lot of younger retirees here too. How did you guys make your $$$ so fast?

Technology. Cars are my only real vice, so my wife indulges my need to try something new every 1-2 years. When they were $20-30k cars it was no big deal...I'm trying to be better in the $70-100k range since we have the kids now.
