Perhaps those are her cars and the knuckles are red from working on them. If that is the case, you are going to have to "hit-it" so you can play with her cars.

Oh, god, yuck! I'd rather just play with myself. Besides, you can only get one female passenger in either of those cars. I can comfortably get three in mine. Not that I actually have that kind of game... But if I did, wow, what a world this would be, huh?
