Hi guys, been working on this, as something we ALL need. If you have a navi screen, this will be a nice trick item to have. We're still working out a few things, but here is the prototype that we are working with a base unit from Magden, it's a hardware, and software combination.
We are also working on a AMG themed gauge layout skin.

What this is meant for is to convey information to your tuner about your car, as well as to understand your car in it's entirety when it comes to it's operating parameters. By being able to view what the car is doing, as well as record this data, you can spot potential problems, or dangerous things such as high knock count. The unit can record up to approx. 19 days of data with a 1GB USB drive, so if you car runs different on different days, you can read the data, and figure out why.

Wow! That looks like a great idea and I look forward to seeing the final graphics!! Can you also include brake temperature display and gearbox oil temperature display?

If it is something we can catch through the CAN Bus yes, but if not, we can also accept four thermistor sensors, ten (0–5) volt and three digital type sensors. However we recommend only displaying 5 at a time (any more becomes confusing and unreadable).

my guess would be with the wheel on the console is how they are simulating a mouse.
one thing though can you see about replacing the mercedes star boot up screen with the amg logo instead for us while you are in there?
so plug in any can bus sensor like what you use for an aim mxl?

This is now dead. The mfg. of the main control unit is no longer building the "brain". The mouse control was via a wireless mouse we were using with an interface to the COMMAND. Not enough interest, so the mfg. killed it off...sad..
