Sorry, but I say none of those are good at the listed prices. You definitely want/need the P2 package, the 2008 is too old already, imho, and I wouldn't want one which had minor damage (which may have gone beyond just the tires/wheels). Either wait and keep looking or wait and try to get a good deal on a new 2010.

I like the second one, it's a 2009 and has more rare features ie exterior color, black wood trim, perf package. Also make the dealer prove to you that they finished off the complete perf package. Finally, see if they can do something like $54k drive out. Who's the dealer in DC? I have a contact who has been cool to me and my family in the past.

Good luck.

I'm also leaning to the second one, particularly if I can get them down to $54k drive out (i.e., tax included). Do all of you C63 drivers really see value in the P02 package?

Basically P02 = Xenons.. Don't care much about the LED tail lights nor the rear sun screen.
If you are okay with no Xenons, I would go for the 2nd one.

3rd one came back. Rejected my offer of $52,500 and countered with $60k and said that that they are the "only dealer on east coast with a 'new' 09 and felt that $60k was a good price from MSRP, which is the price they normally sell their C63s at. Told them good luck finding a buyer at that price.

Is there still "trunk money" being offered by MBUSA? If not your not going to get that low ball price. All those steals for $12K-$15K had trunk money tied to them.

EDIT: Forgot that the car was damaged. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that car since its got a history of abuse from window shoppers.
