*** C63 FD540 Power Package ***

Ladies and Gentlemen:

We are proud to introduce FD540 Power Package for C63.
FD540 features:

1. Powerchip software - tune increases throttle opening to 87% vs. stock 50%, raises TQ limiters, retunes timing and fuel and removes top speed limiter

2. HiFlow Air Filters

3. Underdrive Accessory Pulleys - made from T6061 billet aluminum for half the weight of stock alternator and water pump pulleys. Black anodized for stock appearance.

4. Heat Spacers - insulate intake manifold from heat soak.

5. Intake Temperature Sensor relocation kit - relocates IAT sensor from behind the intake manifold to the front air inlet.

6. Shorty Headers - direct bolt on to factory H-pipe. 1.75'' primaries with 2'' vs. 1.675'' collector flanges.

7. Carbon Fiber Air Boxes - 20% higher volume with killer look.

FD540 adds 79HP and 40-64TQ to the wheels.

Individualy these parts come to $7294, as a part of FD540 Power Package we offer $595 discount for a special price of $6699.
Installation is availble for additional $900.

Original package was installed on MBworld member's 'overbudget' C63 and has been installed and tested on several local C63s as well.

Order can be placed via e-mail - vadim@fedordezyn.com or call 949.584.4446.

Thank you for listening.

Subscribed. Website still not up? What is the price of the shortys? So the stock exhaust manifold flange is 1.675" mating to a 2" downpipe (H- pipe)?

I thought the throttle was at 70% stock. Not 50%.

How much HP gain overall?

Shorties are $2499.

Downpipe is 1.875'' inside. I also have bigger inlets inside with new flanges that can be welded onto stock H-pipe.

At WOT TBs open 60% than close down to 50% after a second.

Overall gain close to 90HP.

So the new flanges replace the OEM flanges and they taper down? I know the shorties do not put the power of the LTs and I like the idea you can swap back and forth with the OEM log. What is the power gain of the shorties by themselves with or without the tune?

I do not understand why the throttle cannot open 100%? Is it because of the stock exhaust restricting the additional airflow?

Here are the pixs of 2.5'' cat inlets. BTW, they fit all MBs/AMGs and and shorty from other tuners as well.

I know the shorties do not put the power of the LTs and I like the idea you can swap back and forth with the OEM log.
Long tubes are about 15-20HP more than shorties. But with major install and higher sound level.

What is the power gain of the shorties by themselves with or without the tune?
I have seen from 15RWHP to 24RWHP. Depending on other mods. With 2.5'' cat inlet IMHO it will be an additional 7-10RWHP.

I do not understand why the throttle cannot open 100%? Is it because of the stock exhaust restricting the additional airflow?
87% is max on the factory map. It is pretty much wide open. Remember there are two 74 mm TBs.

C63 is limited to 50% to lower the power down to 451HP.

That's my car!

Yes, I have this, plus I also had the secondary CAT's removed, the resonator removed, and an x-pipe installed. It's sick.

Vadim will take care of you if you go with this.
