Performance Package Plus for Australia ?
Hi All,
Just wondering if any Aussie's are aware if the newly announced Performance Package plus will be hitting out shores.
I've call two dealerships last week and neither have even got back to me. If your not aware do you know of any good Sales people in the Sydney Area who may ?
A link with details of the package is below

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,
Thanks for the responses, my dealer just called and as you've posted, the Performance Package plus is not planned to reach Australia. A shame as I've been holding off buying in anticipation of an update in late 2010 or early 2011, this would have forced my hand and I would have bought it.
Im over waiting and while I'd love to buy a C63 now I plan to keep it for 4 years and dont wish for it to be "non-Current" model for 3 of a 4 year period.
Thanks again.

They change stuff every year, it'll always be non current unless you buy one yearly. In fact, if you wait any longer, chances are the w205 will be out before your 4 years is over. That would be REALLY "non-Current".

2008, no 030
2009, 030, old mirrors, no real ipod integration
2010, new mirrors, backup camera, Keyless go (US), ipod integration
2010.5, PPP
2011, maybe a TT v6?
2012, w205?
Can't win. As soon as I picked up my car, they announced the PPP. My 2010 is obsolete already.
That being said, I am surprise that Oz isn't getting this as they usually get stuff we don't get in North America.

Yeah I am suprised as well as I too had noticed the Australian cars are usually better appointed than those in the US, this being said they are also more expensive.
Maybe the PPP will be released at a latter date, but for now its a definate "NO" !!!!
