How to remove this....?

This ugly sun visor airbag sticker. They seem to be painted/stamped on, so there's no real way to 'peel' them off as described in other threads. I had a C300 loaner and the warning was actually a sticker that peeled off, this is painted on. There's no scratching it off from initial attempts.

Any way to get it off and all black?

Pic for your pleasure.

Dude you can't and that's not supposed to be removed the reason mercedes-benz had it stamped on the sun visor like that. All cars must have that info on both sun visors or else u could get a ticket...its a safety concern.

You could take the visors off and have them reupholstered(in suede perhaps).

Perhaps one of our Euro friends could chime in on what the visors cost over there. Once upon a time I vowed that on the next car (which turned out to be this C63) I would replace them via this route.

I seen people soak it with rubbing alcohol and then rub it off or try a bit of that goo-be-gone stuff. Remove the visor and take in into the house to work with, yo wouldn't want that solvents dripping on your nappa leather.

none
My old X5 had really similar tags on the visors and they eventually started to delaminate/peel after five or so years and got much easier to remove... How much of a hurry are you in?
