C63 AMG Arctic w/ Stage 1 Tune, DoubleXX pipe, MCD-631X coming soon
I will help you, contact me. I have various color com,bination/wheel color combos for matte colored cars. We just finished up a big project recently, and I have a few ideas fresh off that project as well.

WoW your car look awesome. I love it...
IMO you shouldn't get black wheels, it would be a lil overboard... There are many options you can go with other than black wheels that would really look amazing.
You def need to change those sidemarkers ASAP!!

I'm also VERY curious how the wraps hold up to the elements. Rain, cold, heat, contracting/expanding...how the edges hold up, if any bubbles begin to form in summer heat, etc.
So far the wrapping is so new I've yet to really hear any feedback on durability. Seems like a lot of scratch to put into a product that may or may not last.
The matte black does look badass though!

The wraps hold up quite well, surprisingly in the elements of rain, cold, heat, etc. It kinda depends what type of vinyl you use.
Typically, I use a 9-year outdoor vinyl, but most places use a 3 or 6 year vinyl. Avery makes this new "carbon fiber pattern" vinyl that is maximum 3 year out door, so you'll probably see fading if not treated well.
I'd suggest using some sort of vinyl treatment in a few months, or try to "not leave" residue on ur paint or vinyl (it's bad already). a simply spray of quick detailer on the vinyl can keep the shine for a while
Some "boring" solid colors, such as matte white, can be done with "cast vinyl" which can be printed on (like those redbull minis, etc) but Cast Vinyl is quite expensive. But is stretch proof, and VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY (sorry) easy to apply. if there is a bubble, simply, HEAT, and it's gone, no need to squeegee anything.
and Yes. I'll be working on something quite interesting soon. it's going to be a two tone 2001 Roush Mustang. Matte white+Matte Black

BMW 3 Series (stock)
First matte black C I've seen and I think it looks great (much better than that matte Rolls Phantom that's driving around LA) - really shows the lines of the car. You'll have to keep me informed how if fairs with the climate in AB.

Very happy with the results. Only problem is, it's not easy shooting pictures of the car. Pics need a LOT of post processing to make it look like it does in real life. It looks much lighter in pictures. I've edited it as much as possible to show what it looks like in person.
Now the tough part begins, the hunt for suspension and wheels to match the new color. Desperately need it now. At least I have the winter to figure it out.
Benyl's C63 came out for a quick shoot tonight too. Good comparison from the original color.

Anybody know a place near VA/DC??

If I had to do it again, I would stay away from vinyl, and go with the matte 3M. The vinyl is falling apart pretty badly after the 2nd winter.
The matte 3m on top of obsidian black looks 100000x better, is thicker and much much stronger, stretches better, for the same price as vinyl.
Any places that installs custom cut 3M will be able to do it.

Looks sick! I've been looking for someone to matte wrap my car too.
Does anyone know of any reputable bodyshop that can matte wrap vehicles in MA, preferably close to Boston area?
