Wide-Body C63 from SEMA 2009
Here are a few pics that I found from this years SEMA show.
Does anyone know anything about this car? The wide-body rear looks perfect! This is how the C63 should have looked all along ...

C63 AMG / B8 A4
honestly, this is my only issue with this car, the fenders are backwards. the rears needed to be wider, or the setup look like this. The rear fenders SUCK on our cars.
What is involved in getting our fenders to look like this?

Yep, that's my ride.
What it takes to get a rear end like that is 12 weeks of patience, two attempts at getting the sides to match each other, and a metric buttload of dollars given to the right people. There has been talk of making a kit from it, and I'd like to see that happen so everyone else can share in the feeling of 315s hooking up under power. It's nice. The fenders and doors are steel, so those parts would be difficult to replicate easily, but the changes to the bumper and sills were done in fiberglass, so that's not as bad.
We also patched in the front bumper reflector holes to clean it up even more. I just wanted to keep the mods looking as factory-issue as possible.
And yes, the front fenders are rolled a little to help with clearance on the 255s.
By the way, those are great pics! I love the saturation.

And I don't want to take credit for the pictures. All of the photographers SEMA 2009 pictures can be seen HERE.

I have a reputable local body shop here in Miami that is willing to replicate Josh's fenders. Currently to work out a price with them, as much as I would love the look of those fenders I'm not paying more than 3k. Let's see what happens
