Little "C" goes 11.459 @ 122.52 at OSW
Good Evening,
Went to Orlando Speedworld tonight in anticipation to running some faster times. Unfortunately it took all night but we made it. The DA at 9:55pm when I made the last run was -494 in Orlando. The only challenge was 71% humidity which did give me some traction problems at certain places down the 1320. No matter what, I'll take it!! I have the run on video and will post it up later.
1st run was 11.548 @ 121.74. (1.726 60')
2nd run was 11.528 @ 122.29. (1.745 60')
3rd run was 11.515 @ 122.36. (1.751 60')
4th run was 11.507 @ 122.37. (1.748 60')
5th and final run was 11.459 @ 122.52!! (1.732 60')
Thank you Andy at MHP for helping me set this new record time.
Thanks to Jerry at Jerry's MB and Larry at Macedo Motorsports for all your help also!! Performance parts don't do me any good in the box.
Can't wait for MIR next wekend!!

Thanks guys, temperature was 51 degrees according to the weather channel and it showed 50 on the dashboard. Humidity was killing us because of the dew on the track. We had absolutely NO wind. The flag was sitting dead still all night. We had a great time though. Keep racing!!

Great job Keith, thought you were done for the night as we were leaving but good thing you made another pass. Can't say I was having as much fun wearing ice skates on a super slick track. First time ever that I could not even make a pass for lack of traction, no fun driving sideways on a straight track. Roebling maybe but not at OSW.

Very nice run!! Looks like now that you've broken out of the 11.49-under you're going to have to get a roll bar, driveshaft loop and real safety belts, LOL it's a good problem to have !

Great job Keith.
Could you post the slip up, so I can get the splits for the fastest 63 list. I am doing the "modded, non nitrous list" right now :-)
