2009 C63 AMG
2,300 miles and I get message to check oil
Is this a normal message at 2,300 miles?
Telling me to check oil next time I fill up with gas.

Also, any recommendations for oil brands to top it off?

Nothing to worry about, according to MB, it's normal. You lasted a couple hundred miles longer than I did, and I've had to do it again at about 4.2K miles. It'll probably slow down the consumption of oil as you put some more miles on it; at least, that's what happened to me.

Sounds about right. I have to add 1 quart of oil every 1 thousand miles.
