Clonking on full left lock?

Afternoon,

I have a strage clonking noise from the front right wheel on my C63 when reversing with full left lock, it might happen other times but this is when I have noticed it.

Also, oddly, when making my weekly trip to change rear tyres I noticed the inside edge of my front left is getting scrubbed (opposite side to noise). Wondering if this could be related as no reason to think the tracking has been knoced out.

Any ideas? Rack, CV, spindle hitting stop?
