Hmm, nice find. Interested to know the price, however they claim around a 10 hp gain from the cams? I was hoping for more considering this is a fairly labor intensive mod. I'm assuming this is a fairly mild cam though.
I know MHP will be releasing their cams very soon, with 3 different off the shelf grinds. I think they are expecting anywhere from 40-80 hp as the stock motor is "seriously under cammed" according to MHP. Of course actual numbers have yet to be determined, but I think we'll be getting some results by end of the month.
Either way, I'm glad to see development on the 63 platform continue!

Labor intensive is an understatement. The labor will likely approach the parts cost on this one.
If MHP gets anywhere close to 80 hp on thier cams DadsC63 will be making about 675 at the flywheel and likely running deep into the 10s in the 1/4.

Right, I'm very anxious to see a comparison too. And I hope we'll find out just how much labor is actually invovled. This is my main concern, considering if you ever want to go back to stock cams it will be a PITA.
I can't wait to hear what the idle is like with the different MHP grinds. I wonder if they are going to have the lumpy muscle car sound like this Corvette? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjYQSB3Cz30 That would be something haha!

So you get two cams(intake) for $3095? Nothing on the exhaust side?
The new cams from MHP will supply both intake and exhaust and maybe thats why the significant difference in HP increase. Also makes sense concerning price. I believe the MHP cams will be $5995 introductory pricing but that gets you four cams. Will be interesting to get these new sticks installed and tested.

Thanks man! I'm really happy about the numbers I got. I have euro spec intake, k and n filters, charcoal delete, modified intake tubing, kleemann ecu, kleemann headers, lorinser light weight rims. My future mods will be kleemann throttle body and cams. How are you liking your c63? Your ride is the boss!
