Aftermarket wheel Thread.

thinking about getting this for my black 2012 sedan. Thoughts?
Anyone has experience with BC racing wheels? They are 2 piece forged but I dont know much else other than that. Not sure about being taiwanese manufactured and I know I am not a fan of their coils, even for tuner cars (they are more "show" than "go" coils), but I have not heard much about these wheels.

I took the plunge on my SV1 when the company was new, and really like them.
P.S Avoid chrome lips, too much maintenance.. Polished is much better.
i am researching the sizes and price. I want to go 18s for weight savings and making the brakes look bigger. cheaper tires is also a plus but IDK if they will fit. I read some 18s dont fit. also hopefully they are not too heavy and are suitable for track use.
damn HRE for 3500...i wish lol.
I got quoted for just under 3k for the set pictured in 18s....which is awesome a forged wheel!

But 18's will look too small specially on wheels with lip
I would go 19's or 20's on these wheels
There is no big difference on tires price

how are the ride with 19s? is it any worse? I think the ride on the stock wheels are already on the stiff side.
19's looks better on our cars, and the ride is not much different from stock. U just have to watch for potholes more.
I actually prefer the the look that the wheel just barely clears the brakes and there is alot of tire on the wheel. I looks more like a racing car and functional too! but then alot of wheels with lip in 19s or 20s actually look relatively small so maybe 18s will look too small.
thanks for the advice. thankfully where i live the potholes isnt too bad but I do go into NYC or philly often so yeah gotta watch out.
your car sits perfect on those HREs.
If ur willing to sacrifice function over form, then go 19's. 275 is the minimum size in the rear for more traction. Just make sure the offset is higher than +50mm on ur x9.5 or x10 cuz my x9.5 HRE rubs a bit on the passenger side with +50mm. I'm dropped though.
If i'd have to do it all over again, I would go 2pcs as well cuz 3pcs tend to leak between the inner & outer barrels after a while. Good luck in ur search!
