Hey guys, i'm going to pick up my 2010 C63 with the P31 sports package. Does anyone have pictures of the brakes, the intake runners???, etc.? the dealership has no picture, nor does anyone else, since the first p31 package cars came off the assembly line only a few weeks ago.

By the way, it's all arranged, i'm taking European delivery of my car, then we're driving through Switzerland, Germany and France. hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiyoooooooooooooooooo

yup that is the only one i've seen. you can see the spoiler, but you can barely see the brakes. i'll take lots of pictures for everyone at the plant.

Worth the wait

What is the cost of that package? Lightweight rods and pistons, revised crank....WOW...nice.

5900 or so for the package. it includes a ECU flash too. I couldn't more excited, and my 7 year warranty will be intact.

I was checking out c63 with p31 and most of them, at least in cali, will cost you north of $75,000. Most of them come fully loaded with lsd etc, $10,000 difference from ones without p31. The only way i can get the option i want is to order the car. Let me know if you guys see any good deals.

I'd trade my suspension for that +30 hp, etc.

The P31 has everything but the Limited Slip and the suspension. They dropped the suspension because of all of the complaints about harshness (check out car and driver - it was the biggest reason it lost against the M3 in their comparo).

My car will have the limited slip and the P31. the P31 includes

Increase HP to 481
*Light Weight AMG Forged Pistons
*Light Weight Connecting Rods
*Revised Crankshaft
*New Engine Managment
*AMG Compound Braking System
*Red Brake Calipers
*New CF Rear Trunk Spoiler
* Top Speed of 174mph!
* New Alacantera AMG Steering Wheel

The only thing i haven't seen is what the car will look like with Red brakes. i'm kind of nervous that it will look a little cheesy, but we'll see.

when i get the car, i will post a massive collection of photos for all to check out.

Congrats man that is going to be quite the car!

I thought I heard a rumor that the US bound P31 cars were not going to include the upgraded engine internals, glad to see that was just a rumor.

don't you guys worry, i'll have pictures posted that night. we are staying in stuttgart and i'll be on the computer everyday for work. I'll probably take some video too. it's gonna be siiiiiiick.

and yes, i'm counting the days til Feb 3. looking forward to the tour of the plant, the AMG plant, and the museum too.

Just wondering what other option packages will come with your car and how much you end up paying it for? I'm in the market for c63 and there's one with p31 in my area, dealer msrp is around 75,000ish. I'm trying to figure how much should i go for.

yeah, my car will have everything you can get. I didn't skip ANY options. I got the Limited slip too. my car will run somewhere around 85K because i extended the warranty to 7 years, 100K, and i ordered the 19 inch wheels. merecedes wouldn't 'let me buy the 19s without also gettinng the 18s. that really sucked. but, I'm expecting to get some money back for those. When i sell them, i'lll let everyone know.

The European delivery should be amazing. i'll document everthing for you guys.

I'm hoping my car will demolish any 0-60 times ever posted for a stock car. holy sh*t is it Feb 3 yet?

For those who are wondering, the price of the wheels once i negotiated with them was $2700, and the warranty i got down to around $3,800. my price on the euro confirmation is $76,710. with taxes, the wheels and the extended warranty, i'm somewhere around 85K. sick, some ofyou might say? i wanted the fasted NEW car i could find for that price, and nothing is faster. I could get a used porsche turbo, but I'm not going used. plus, the C63 is the coolest car out there. 4 doors, gigantic engine, all the bells and whistles you could want.....welll except one major thing. i hate that they don't offer cooled seats!!!! that is the ONE option that I would kill for.

i got the sahara beige with the walnut wood, with a straight black exterior....dude, i'm going to go nuts waiting another week!

I am from the UK and my father has a P31 package (and LSD) specced Estate with a due delivery date of 3/4th of Feb. To break from the norm it's red and not silver.

No carbon spoiler for us though.... Will see if I can take pics if I get a chance.

is it just me? the red brakes look kind of tacky on it?

and also, from the pics from the link provided 2 posts up...
the brake disc and caliper look smaller than the regular stock one?

1) brake disc looks not as big, and the cross drilled (?) holes look messy compared to the regular disc...
2) caliper looks not as big also, and not as beefy as the regular silver caliper??

might be the angles of the picture? anyone feel the same?

wow, i can't believe someone beat me to the first pictures of the p31 on the site. thought mine might be the first to be seen.

I'd have to disagree with the brakes being smaller. they are the same size, and actually drilled the same way. I don't think they look tacky, but i'm not nuts over them on a white car. The same way that i don't really like the carbon spoiler on the white car.

My car is going to be black, so i'm think the red will look pretty bad ***. **** i hope so!. If not, you'll see a new post in a few weeks...."Awesome Red Brake Calipers for sale! A must see!"

by the way, the pictures you put in above make the brakes look bigger because those types of wheels have a much thicker lip around the outside of the wheel.

I agree about the brakes having the same proportions and I like the red callipers on any colour car.

I’m also a fan of carbon on white.
