From a performance standpoint L/T headers, no cats, and the full 3" MHP race exhaust is the best. However, for real practical every day driving I have the L/T headers, no cats, and the stock resonators and mufflers still on. The sound is loud but liveable.
Go with the latest MHP tune. I also have the intake gaskets and thermostat. I also have the Carbon Fiber air box and H/F filters. Its a great package. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

So you have the MHP off-road LT headers?
Do you have the 2nd cats or what is in place of those?
Btw do you know if it would work good with LT off road headers + X pipe?

I put the stock resonators and mufflers back on because this is my DD. The difference between the stock resonators and mufflers and the full race exhaust was about 15rwhp which is good for setting records but bad for everyday driving if you know what I mean.
