We have it pretty good in canada as far as prices go.
Base C63 is 63 500$ can. so about 59 000$us or 37 700 pound
gas is only 1.15$ can. per liter so 0.68 pounds per liter.
there is a 2000$ gas guzzler tax when you buy it and a 200$ surcharge per year beacause of the big engine displacement.

And the luxury cars i am referring to are like porsches, ferrari, lambo etc...
not say mercs are not luxury cars or i should rephrase it to exotic cars.
i had the 1st generation c200 back in 2007 too when it first came out, love the car which is why i have to buy the C63, lovely toys.
my C200k cost me around 85k USD back in 2007, but i had nearly all options ticked except for keyless entry which it wasnt an option during the first generation. however now i think they increased the price here again for some watever reasons. Damn the TAXES.

here is a question. how does it work picking up the car from the factory? what country is the car registered in? given that amg is obviously german/in germany, do they rego it for you in UK rego somehow?

The car is actually given temporary German plates and insurance to get me home (valid for 5 days I believe). When I get back to the UK, I have to take it to the dealer I bought it from for them to register the car and put British plates on it as well as do a final PDI.
Now, it appears I DID get that last UK allocation for the March build - I've had 30th March confirmed as the build date for my car! Whoop whoop!

Gas is from USD 0.70 to USD0.90~1.00 per liter.
We have a tax which is calculated on horsepower.
If you have less then 100 hp you pay USD 1.00 per 1 HP 100hp = USD 100 per year
But if you have more than 300 hp you have to pay USD 10 per 1 hp
C63 = 457 hp = USD 4570 each year

wow, its either C&C has increased the price or you have ticked alot of options, the last time i read from straits time, it was only for like SGD$130k. The COE at a high now ?

yes COE is over 20k SGD now.
130K could be PI a couple of years back.
now even for PI cars its upwards of 140k SGD

Could not have done a better job myself.
I'm also happy to report that the beige seats don't require too much cleaning.
Just a quick wipe once in a while and they look like new.

I just don't know why you would like to do that. If you are happoy with your C63 amg why sell it? I can only see selling it if some dumb a$s offers you more for what is worth.
If you already had the M6 and M-3 why not trying a E class or something else?
