Stupid question - Owners Manual kit

Where is this supposed to go? Does not fit in the glovebox. It fits in the side door compartment, but that seems odd. What am I missing???

Yep, I've had it in each of those places too! Just wondering where the "official" place was for it! Thanks.....

No problem if you do but does anyone on here pull over or sit in a parking lot and read the owner's manual. If I have a question or issue I just pull mine out at home.

I keep mine under the floor of the trunk next to the spare tire. It's out of the way, doesn't move around, and it's easy to get to if needed.

How do you guys fit it in the glovebox?

And I keep mine behind the first aid kit in the trunk compartment.

Mine is in the glove box as well. You kind of have to just stuff it in there but it fits snugly once it's in. That's what she said.

i do the spare tire trick. works like a charm! i also keep a spare bottle of oil in one of those little weird compartments on either side of the trunk. just in case im out and i trip an oil light. never can be too cautious.

It fits in the top left of the glove box....it is snug, so you may have to give it a little push to close...

I've also had problems with it in there, if I lock the glovebox (to protect the manual of course), when I unlock it, the latch moves to the open position, but it is still locked...gotta turn the key back to lock, push in and hold, and then unlock...strange twist just to get the manual.
