No it is just a lightweight pulley

But we can make 15-20% under drive pulley for those who would like one

Do you have any dyno graphs to support the power/torque gains?

Good to know. I wouldn't want my compressor spin slower on those 115 degree summer days.

I would like to see raw data to substantiate the claims.

Finally just a light weight pulley and not an underdrive.

Do you have the actual weights of the stock and Eurocharged pulley?

Thank you.

Interesting; I was told by someone who is quite experienced with these AMG engines that an aftermarket pulley wouldn't yield much HP/TQ as the AMG designed pulley is quite efficient and light. Is this incorrect info?

Also, are your advertised gains to the rear wheels or to the crank?

I guess it depends if they're claiming ~ +15-20 WHP/ 12-14RWTQ or BHP/TQ. Interestingly enough, the numbers are just about identical to the Evosport pulley if they're talking WHP/RWTQ.

No way to the wheels.

20BPH and 15TQ for $800 is a lot for the money if they can substantiate their claims.

Your talking this and a charcoal filter will give you 500HP. Pretty cheap for that much gain. Add the ECU flash and you could be at 550HP for 2K invested. That's a gain of 75HP for 2K. Very good indeed.

I need the charts before I purchase. Sounds to good to be true.

They are probably similar to eachother. Waiting for the charts. That would be great if that is a peak gain, even at the crank (pun intended). Is this an easy DIY, ie loosen the tensioner, remove old pulley, put in new pulley and bolt and torque down? I thought I read in the Evosport thread that you need to torch the OE bolt in order to remove it?

EDIT: Snooped around the engine compartment and it looks like you need to remove the radiator fan and shroud. How are you guys accessing the tensioner? From the bottom?

Now that we have a lower priced alternative for the pulley, we need EC to produce headers that are competitive to MBH.

I guess that if you have the extra money to blow you could do it but I am not the type of person that would spend $800 on a pulley plus paying the labor(I was quote $140 thorugh godspeedperfromancelab in Phoenix).

If I see an unbiased person putting a car on a dyno then installing that part(pulley) then dynoing again with 20hp and 15lb then I might consider it.

^ The install price of $140 sounds about right. I show labor to R&R the pulley @ 1.1 hours.

Eurocharged, Great job... I'll buy one. Put me on the list So is it the same size as the OEM? can you please also make the full set of 63 pulleys or at least the alt and water pump.. Also if you can advertise what precentage lighter it is than the OEM it may give us more info..
ex. if the OEM is 4LBS & yours is two pounds lighter then your pulley is 50% lighter than OEM.. know we say WOW just a thought.

^^ I still can't justify this pulley mods /perfromance wise. If you have to pay $800 for the pulley plus $150 for install that is around $900-$950 for a couple of lbs shaved. You could go and buy light weight rims that will save you 4, 5 , 6 or more lbs (per rim) and still cost less.

OZ makes the supperliggeras, BBS has the forged rims, etc. I see changings rims a more feasible way to improve performance. I don't want people to think that I don't like the pulley, I think is great, it would be one of the last mods for me, that is all. my .2c

Will be all in if it's more in the $500 range. Unlike SC pulley sets, a lighter weight crank pulley even with has even less so called "R&D" involved. Just my 2cents,
