Nav traffic USELESS in Seattle area?!?!

Nav traffic USELESS in Seattle area?!?!
My 2010 C63 has the full nav system with real time traffic from Sirius.
On EVERY road that has traffic monitoring in the region (Eastside of Seattle area) the MINIMUM amount of traffic the car has ever shown was "Yellow" and it us usually "Red". This is even at 1am on Saturday night when there were literally zero cars on the road.
Is this just my car, or are others experiencing the same thing.
My wife's 2010 Audi Q7 has traffic (also powered by Sirius I believe) as well and it works very well.
