Warranty? Yes if you blow up your engine and they decide to blame it on the 50 more HP from the ECU flash. No if the dealer is cool. Some dealerships I hear do the flash at the dealer shop. Still a risk, but at least you can say you didnt know because they did it.

The burden of proof is on the dealer to show that the ECU directly caused part malfunction...
Also, if you have a serious problem, have your ECU flashed back to stock before you take it in...it is a 3-day process ($100) but will save you a lot of money in the long run if the dealer proves it was the ECUs fault.

There is no way for the dealer to tell the car has been tuned even if it was flashed back? and when my Audi had a cylinder collapse they said there is a computer in the car that acts like a black box and shows all the cars read outs like RPM and MPH. Dose are cars have this?

Your best thing to do is find a mod-friendly dealer. Then be up front with them on what you do. Otherwise, it's going to be like arguing a speeding ticket with a cop.

The only way they can tell is if they run StarDiag on the car...and even then it won't tell them much. Where you will get into trouble is with hardware mods, as removing cats or swapping headers will be easy to see and hard to change before going in (and will cost a lot more money to make right before you go in).
A shelf ECU tune is the easiest/cheapest/quickest HP gainer there is
