Come on guys 11 pieces is not hard to do at all. They have lots of little items as well and for other makes and model mercedes such as the SL.
We went from 8 pieces to 19 in 2 days.

Hey guys, It's been a few weeks since I last updated the thread. I got some news from Revozport today that the parts should be completed by next Friday. At that time they will need a day or two to package up everyones parts (almost 20 pieces in all)
There has been a request by one of the members that needs their parts a bit quicker do to a photoshoot and have them shipped directly to them. The shipping is not cheap but if anyone needs theirs expedited for any reason please let me know by Thursday so Revozport can seperate your items in a timely fashion and avoid any mistakes. Everything else will be shipped directly to GMP first.
If you like, I am more than willing to post pictures when the product arrives.

Waiting to hear back from Ken @ Revozport. I sent an email yesterday regarding some other things and I also inquired about the group order. Hopefully will get an email from him today

Everything should be shipping out this week except for a trunk spoiler and a pair of side skirts which will be ready in one more week and Revozport will ship these by air at no additional cost. The main order will be coming by sea freight which will take about 2 weeks to arrive in California and will be put on a truck and sent to Charlotte. Unfortunately I don't have a way to pick it up from customs and ship it from California directly to everyone individually. 
On a side note, if anyone is interested in a full carbon fiber hood for their C63 Revozport has one in stock that we are bringing in with the sea freight. MSRP is $1500. If you are already participating in the group buy your discount is $250 off which makes it $1250 plus shipping.

These are all good questions.
Revozport was kind enough to send me the weights in their email along with the pictures and pricing and I completely forgot to post them. To answer your question the hood weighs 6kg.
I don't know if knew struts are included with the hood but I'm sure that new ones can he had at the dealer ship for probably $100 or so a piece each or less. I just ordered new trunk ones for my rear hatch of my GTI ( know its not the same ) but they were $60 each.
I will ask Revozport and see if they are supplying new ones.
Since the hood is made of carbon I would think its safe to assume that it if it didn't buckle and it broke at the hinges at the corners of the windshield that it would slide up the windshield and over the top of the car but that is just my guess. I will also ask Revozport about this.

The OEM struts are designed to handle the weight of the stock hood (~28kgs). I imagine there would be a problem (potential cracking, etc.) with such a lightweight hood and such strong struts.

Well if we can get 10 or more orders we hit 20%. These prices are not marked up at all and I am taking care of all incoming freights from Hong Kong which is where they are made. The quality and fitment is spot on everytime. You need to understand the costs of purchasing the car for R&D plus the R&D costs and the fact that half of the people who own a C63 will never modify it so the market also determines the price.
For those who want to purchase cheaper products on ebay for their 70-80 thousand dollar Mercedes is simply not out customer that we are looking for. Our customer is the one who truly understands the value you of a good product and a reputable brand who has had hardly any negative feed back.

Supes, it's the same as the OEM diffuser, only in CF. The bigger fins diffuser can't be had without the ground effects because it "hangs lower" than the OEM diffuser.
