I had a blast recording/editing this over the past couple weeks. I actually hand-picked these 13 cold start videos of my car from two dozen recordings I made. Be sure to crank up the volume!
Video was recorded in 720p/60fps with a Kodak PlaySport HD Pocket Cam.
My neighbors think I'm nuts.

Sounds awesome. Is there a difference in sound running the x-pipe before the resonator rather than just replacing with straight pipes? I already replaced my resonator with an x-pipe and can't find anyone local to simply replace my secondaries with straight pipe, but I am wondering if I should go double x-pipe?

Check with Dan Fast Mufflers in Bellevue. They may be able to do the straight pipes. A lot of the local Bimmer guys use them.

Oh man, you just hit my "G"T spot, Superlube...I always love when I get to leave for work a little late...guaranteed a cold start...first move is drop the rear windows, second is to crank and admire...
Only problem I have now is that my 1 yr old sleeps above the garage (room, not hay loft of course)...anyway, I feel bad cranking it up while he is still sleeping.
By the way, not sure if you are a big "D" like me, but I love putting it in neutral and smacking the pedal a few times when coasting to a light with a sports car that has its windows down...but I've noticed now, instead of just the couple good deep growls, it actually pops VERY nicely...almost like the AMG "*****-slap" to the other car...I love it!!!!!

You should try dropping both rear seats, then go WOT, that'll wake you up for sure!
I'm sure having both rear seats down will make for a more enjoyable cold start!

I don't want to sound forward or to ask you to promote any more, but I think it would be really cool if somehow you can do another vid edited just like this of a rev. Imagine this. Vroom, Vroom Vroom, Vroom, Vroom, Vroom Vroom, Vroom Vroom Vroom. Well, you get the idea. Just like music!!
