Gas conservation up to 25%! That's HUGE!!! But what really is the big question is, is it going to be on the C? Or is it going to be like another SLK where there's no room under the hood so they end up going 5.5L NA? I think it'll be interesting to find out.

The site says that the new engine will be implement it during this summer. I guess will see it carry over to the C-Class this fall or spring of 2011?

If they don't put the 5.5TT in the new C, when it comes time for me buy a new one then it will be back to the M3 with a comparable engine. If the current C63 had kept the 5.5 liter then I would've stayed with the M3. The fact that you could get the same engine that the other AMG's had is why so many of us bought the C63 to begin with. If they go back to a smaller engine for the C-class then why buy one IMO. Of course all of this is just speculation anyway.

I wouldn't mind sticking around 5.5 TT if they HP is higher than the 451. If not, I will either switch to M3 or RS5 when my lease is over in 2 years.
