IE...about interest rates? I bought a S65 MINT...60k miles...looks and drives like a brand new car...Loaded..I paid a little over $40k with shipping...I financed the car at a rate of 4.59%...used rate through chase....I dont know anybody who has a better rate on a new car....and if they did WHO cares...they are taking it in the *** when they drive off the lot BIG TIME...the S65 has hit its lowest point of value for some time...it is 5x the car the C63 is...
I ran a 11.4@122 stock with that car.....it was a $190k car....

Now, it might be okay for a guy who just uses the car to go get groceries @ Publix and just cruise around on the weekends, but not so good when you're more than halfway to 100,000 mi. from day 1. 
btw -- thanks for the info on the Chase used car interest rates...going to check that out as we're getting ready to buy out my wife's '08 GL450 w/ 37k mi. on it.

I think what mthis is trying to say about the GTR is that he wouldn't pay $80K for a "nissan". The same would apply to me. Although I would like to give credit to Nissan for making a car that's $80K AND can give a lot of the exotic cars a run for their money. What it pretty much comes down to is brand value, which is why the GTR is more suitible for real "car enthusiast". However, dunno when mthis bought his car, I remember when I was car shopping the GTRs were at $120K. To me that's even more not justifiable, because I'm paying $120K and it's still only a Nissan, and the car is going to be my DD. I don't track my car, so there's not reason to buy the GTR. That's just my take on things.

i agree that he mthis said "in the end, gtr is a nissan" is kinda ignorant
