MY C63 ON MUSTANG DYNO BEFORE AND : )
#26
Well, I think you failed in that challenge. Dude said the car was stock, except for carbons removed and others confirmed that. And what do you mean by "tune method?" Sounds like a standard dyno tune to me, but please enlighten me in the different ways to tune a C63 that would produce the different results you're talking about.
Yeah, it would be interesting to know the ambient temperatures because it shows two different dates for the pulls even though they're done at basically the same time of day, so that would make a slight difference, but his graph includes AFRs, something that a lot of other vendors (including one somewhat local to you) are utterly unwilling to show.
Just saying...

How many before and how many after pulls?

I just can't believe the stock AFRs got down to 10.9 NA... that's absurd. I guess one method AMG used to detune is just open the flood gates lol. The after 12.6 is definitely much healthier. Its good you did the dyno comparison on a loading dyno too. Congrats

Dyno Pulls
I may be posting in the wrong area . But Jeremy worked for several hours to to straighten up my f/a . The dyno I had used last winter , apparently was not calibrated. And showed much leaner at the tail pipe Than my LM -1 wide band & This Mustang dyno tail pipe sniffer. ( Which were darn close to each other) , What was throwing us a curve , was the rising rate fuel pressure regulator. Once that was noted. the fuel curve came into line. Jeremy worked hard & steady , stayed focused. I believe I had 9 pulls. on my CLK 55 K-7. No cooling issues , I got that part right No Funny Business , Just good old work ethics. Remember this is a 11-1 CR engine with only 7.5 lbs pressure boost. We had to watch the spark advance. Many Thanks to Beauphus. For having us Over. Cheers _PTEngineering

I believe nothing of the claims since there is absolutely no indication of any tune being done, no brands, no vendor, no mods no nothing. A simple false claim in my book unless verified. It is a good way to get in the wrong foot on this forum and get a lot of people to not believe it and start arguing and doubting(me being the first one). The mod list have been asked but the owner refused to release, this is a classic "I believe it when I see it"

Thanks for having my back guys...
It's so annoying to have someone question you.... I have answered every question? I just saw the post from "THE Haters... "
All I can say is that people like you crack me up... I just posted my numbers to show people my results and share info.
I would not go out of my way to make a dyno sheet of fine one that was not mine to post.
Thanks again to all that had my back!

You've really got to brush up on your trolling skills, homie.
There's three people in this thread that said they saw the runs and the time put into the tune. Besides, Jeremy used to tune for Powerchip, so why wouldn't you believe it? He's been working on my car since I first got it tuned at Evosport and he definitely knows his stuff.

sending ur ECU is a hell of a lot cheaper then paying airfare for a tuner...
the only other way (still in development) is to pay for an OBD toggle switch that is shipped to you but that technology is still not ready for primetime. i have seen the prototypes and its gonna be awesome. may be available in a couple months.
