LSD....
Had an earlier post regarding mods on my new C 63. Probably going with the Quaife but looking for an installer. Called the MB where I purchased it and asked for a price to put it in. Their master mechanic said that he does not suggest doing this as it will "create havoc" with the electronics and this change, even if done by them causes mechanical or electical problems will most likely not be covered under warranty. Is this a standard MB line. This is my first MB and with the other cars I had, had no problems with changes or the dealership.

I have heard the same reluctancy regarding placing an after market LSD. My whole concern is that once you mess with the way everything is set up and the kosherness, things will always flare up unexpected.
I tend to leave things alone unless I find a VERY good reason to change otherwise...
