Sorry to burst your bubble but you can buy a carbon fiber one for $310 from Sunveer including shipping. Who in their right mind would pay $340 for a regular platic one...

the MSRP for OEM C63 diffuser (A204 885 45 25) is only $328
some members get it from the dealer for less than $270 and it is only $246 on www.getmercedesparts.com
