Ive never heard the x pipe or double x pipe in person, but from the vids it seems like the double x pipe is throatier then the single.

My thoughts (having the Double X) are that the double X still has some throat, but probably no more than the Single X.

Where I think the Double X probably makes a difference is at higher revs (smooths out the sounds and makes it a bit more exotic).

You can hear the scream...others that have heard my car have likened it to a Enzo...I'm not saying it is an Enzo by any means, but at WOT and high RPMs, it is VERY exotic sounding. At stock, you would have heard the clack, clack, clack getting louder, like in this video

With the Double X, there is no more clacking sounds, just a screaming Italian or crotch rocket sound.
