What’s New for MY2011 C-Class

I am ordering my 2011 C63 and the latest info is that I can order LSD without ordering the APX package but I have to pay an extra $750 fee. I am assuming it will cost $2400 for the LSD + $750 for the admin charge.

Did your dealer confirm the final price of the car with you? I've been trying to talk to all the dealers around but they don't even know the msrp of the '11s? Anyway have they raised the price of the P31 package and the premium package with the new goodies?
In any case, i believe heated seats are now a standalone option as well.

The heated seat is not a standalone feature in Canada. The heated seat is standard here and always come with it. I didn't get a price yet for the 2011 C63. I deposit $1000 as a place holder for the 2011 car. If they jack up the price a lot, I can always back out. I believe the price should be relatively the same as in 2010 model. I am assuming the LSD price will be the same $2400 CDN. For the APX Package (2011), I believe the cost will be some where $8000 dollar which have everything in 2010 Performance Package + LSD. For myself, I only need the LSD and it is not necessary need that extra 30 hp, etc.

For $3150 you could get a better diff, the quaife lsd, installed, for about half that.

Well, I thought about that before, but then I am located in Canada and it would be too much work for me to order it from U.S. and look for a profesional installer here to install it for me. Plus it might void the warranty for doing that.

I called MBUSA yesterday and asked what's the deal for US and they told me it's still not confirmed (LEDs, new options, 19"wheels, etc.).
And my dealer knows squat too--you canooks get everything first--cheap Rx drugs and now this
my order closes this tuesday and no one can tell me what I'm paying and exactly what the car comes with and available options

This is only for Canada for packaging simplicity. The last thing you want is a dealer ordering C63s with P31 but without LSD, and you definitely don't want such a car coming back off lease. MBUSA may not follow the same strategy.

Correct. Expect to see LED running lamp in MY 2012. 2013 my C63 lease will be over, will be a good time for me to get MY 2013 C63 and hopefully new engine by that time.
