CPO for privately owned C63- Newbie seeking advice

CPO for privately owned C63- Newbie seeking advice
Gents/Ladies,
buying a Palladium Silver 2009 C63 with 7700 miles and all the toys from a private party. Pristine condition. Is there an option to get a car that is still under factory warranty CPO'd by MBUSA or do I have to go with an aftermarket warranty? Willing to pay the $$ to MB (i know how much it is supposed to be). Can I buy the Extended Service plan for this car from MB too?

Sorry if this topic has been beat to death already.

As long as the car is under the factory warranty you can purchase the extended through the dealer
